1. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing our NFT membership, the buyer (‘Member’) agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions (‘Terms’) set out by spongelii (‘Company’). These Terms are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Company.

2. Membership: The NFT Membership grants the Member access to a suite of benefits as detailed in the membership plan (‘Tier One’ or ‘Tier Two’ tiers). Membership is non-transferrable and benefits can only be availed by the Member.

3. Intellectual Property: Each NFT represents an original piece of digital artwork. The copyright for the artwork remains with the artist or original creator. Ownership of the NFT does not confer the right to reproduce or distribute the artwork for commercial purposes.

4. Reselling: Members are allowed to sell or transfer their NFT Membership to others. However, the Company is not responsible for any transactions that occur outside of the official platform.

5. Usage: NFTs and their associated benefits are intended for personal use only. Any commercial usage without prior written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.

6. Membership entitles you to register for any of the informative events presented by spongelii, which are listed on spongelii.io. However, please note that some events may limit the quantity of attendees, implementing a ‘first come, first serve’ policy. Certain exceptional events may require an additional fee at the point of registration, which is not encompassed within the initial NFT token price.

7. Liability: The Company will not be liable for any loss, whether such loss is direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered by any Member due to any use of the NFT Membership or the benefits included therein.

8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of the NFT Membership will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is headquartered and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate any NFT Membership without refund or compensation if the Member is found in violation of these Terms.

10. Privacy: Personal data provided to the Company during the purchase and use of the NFT Membership will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By purchasing the NFT Membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase the NFT Membership. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is the Member’s responsibility to keep updated with such changes.
